Minister of Ethics and Integrity Father Simon Lokodo has expressed his concern over Whatsapp users circulating the “Mollis I Surrender” sex recording that has since gone viral.
The minister with the help of the Cyber Security department in Uganda Police has thus ordered for an inquiry about the circulation of this recording and asked the public to stop the circulation. Though it is believed to be of Kenyan origin, Father Lokodo asks the public not to engage in the spreading as this further spoils the morals of the public.
We are yet to find out the punishment Father Lokodo will give for anyone nabbed circulating the recording.
