The radio fraternity has been hit by sad news as death claimed one of their own. Known to many as Mama Zabu, former Sanyu FM presenter, Sonia Nabeta has passed on. The cause of her untimely death hadn’t been officially known by press time.

Sonia also worked briefly at XFM, where she was a stand-in presenter doing shows like The Sunday Lounge in Sophia Aniku’s absence. And by the time of her passing, Sonia was plying her trade at the Bugolobi-based Radiocity.

May her soul Rest In Peace.
