The good news that have been going around that the fine TV and Radio personality Flavia Tumusiime will be hosting a show on Citizen TV in Kenya have come to pass and the show will finally start screening today. The show that has been dubbed ‘Tusker Twende Kazi’ with Tusker as the sponsor, will start airing today at 8pm EAT.
The multi-talented cute Flavia is one of the hosts of the reality show with the description; “50 people, 50 days, 1 Tusker”, all on an incredible journey through East Africa and Europe to deliver a taste of home and show the world that a little bit of Kenya can go a long way. Their entire journey will be filmed and broadcast all across East Africa and Flavia Tumusiime together with Channel O VJ, actress, radio and TV personality, Joey Muthengi will host the show.
Our very own Bebe Cool will also take part in the show along with other celebrities like; Kipchoge Keino (the 1968 Olympic Champion), Ezekiel Kemboi, a great athlete and Charles Bukeko commonly known as “Papa Shirandula”.
The reality TV show is modeled on the popular TV show ‘The Amazing Race’, and will see 50 East African citizens racing from Kenya to London in 50 days to take a bottle of Tusker Lager to Kenyan Rugby player Humphrey Khayange who is based in London.
The show will be airing for the first time today (Sunday 23rd) on NTV and Citizen TV at 8PM.
