Musician Maurice Kirya and media personality Flavia Tumusiime were mid-last year rumoured to be dating after they were pictured together on several occasions in compromising positions.
The “Mulembe Gwa Kirya” singer, who was quick to dismiss the claims then, still insists he has never had any romantic feelings for Flavia. Kirya now claims he only has platonic love for her.
“I have known Flavia for a while and she is more like a sister to me,” he said.
The rumours seem to have done more harm than good, as Flavia has now been relegated to the inescapable zone—the friendzone.
