The multi-talented Flavia Tumusiime will host Nigeria’s The Future Awards Africa 2014(TFAA) that will take place early next month, it has been announced.
The Am-to-Pm show host on Capital FM will co-host the ceremony with several other outstanding individuals and they are; 2014 World Music Awards nominee Iyanya, 2013 BET International African Act of the Year, Ice Prince and lead actress on MNET’s Tinsel, Osas Ighodaro.
According to TFAA, the hosts represent the brightest and best of young Africans in the arts from music to television, in the past year.
The inaugural The Future Awards Africa were held in 2006 in Lagos and they have since been held in succession thereafter. Described by Forbes as “Most important awards for outstanding young Nigerians”, the awards seek to celebrate young people between the ages of 18 and 31, who have made outstanding achievement in the year under consideration.
This year’s award ceremony is slated for early next month, 7 December in Lagos, Nigeria.
