Ugandan rap sensation Fik Fameica, has responded to a plea from his fans urging singer turned politician Bobi Wine to attend his concert scheduled for this Friday.
The plea came in the form of a request from one of Fik Fameica’s admirers, Bryn Timothy, who specifically appealed to Bobi Wine not to forget the “Fresh Bwoy.”
In a gracious response to Bryn Timothy’s plea, Fik Fameica acknowledged Bobi Wine’s status as an extraordinary citizen currently engrossed in handling crucial public matters.
The self-proclaimed “Fresh Bwoy” emphasized the importance of understanding Bobi Wine’s busy schedule and the sensitive nature of the public interests he is managing.
“He is a very busy extraordinary citizen on a pro-bono drive, which is priceless. So, him offering time shouldn’t be mandatory like you put it. What he is doing for the general public is better than what you think he should do for me, and I belong to the general public, remember. Just turn up,” Fik Fameica stated in a post on X.
Fik Fameica and Bobi Wine share a camaraderie evident in their friendship, with the latter making a rare appearance to support the former during his 2022 concert.
Despite their close bond, Fik Fameica encouraged the public to attend the upcoming event without placing undue emphasis on Bobi Wine’s potential attendance.
The much-anticipated Fik Fameica concert is scheduled to take place this Friday, January 26, 2024, at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Fans and music enthusiasts can expect an electrifying performance from the “Fresh Bwoy” as he takes the stage to deliver a memorable night of entertainment.
