The Uganda performing right society today ruled that the two conflicting artistes Fyonna Nsubuga and presenter Fifi da Queen will both own their respective versions of the Essawa songs. Nsubuga who has over time accused Fifi of “stealing” her song has been asked to either pay off Fifi or together they will own the song.
The two artistes all signed the document and Barbie Jay the song writer and producer also signed and all parties left happy. We have not yet established if Nsubuga Fyonna will or will not pay off Fifi da Queen.
