World soccer body has communicated a change of time for this Saturday’s World Cup qualifier between Senegal and Uganda.
The match to be played at a neutral venue in Morocco will now kick off an hour late than earlier scheduled.
“Yes Fifa have written to us communicating a new time and the new time for kick off is now 9pm Morocco time, which will be 11pm in Uganda,” confirmed to supersport.com Edgar Watson, the Fufa CEO.
“There was no reason given for the new change but Fifa has that provision as per competitions to make certain changes.”
Uganda (eight points), who trail the Lions of Teranga by a point, must beat Senegal to progress from Group J to the final round of qualification to Brazil. Senegal need just a draw.
The first leg in Kampala ended 1-1.
