Born Kawuki Fred, Fem DJ is a Kampala based Disk Jokey (DJ) from the House Of DJs. Fem DJ is also KFM’s superstar Friday Deejay & NTV The Vybe Show.
Fem DeeJay was born on 26th July and the lanky Ugandan music spinner attended Masaka Baptist Boarding Primary School.

The calm party creator describes himself as a versatile DJ who plays all genres of music and who can adapt and fit into the taste of different audiences.
In an online interview, Fem says he started out as a hostel DJ before breaking into the limelight. He has since performed in several countries including UAE, UK, Kenya, Tanzania & Rwanda where he opened up for Nigerian singer Burna Boy.
Fem DJ started Deejaying with the House Of DJs in 2010. He has since risen in ranks to become Uganda’s Top Disc Jockey.
He also helps upcoming DJs who want to mater their craft into serious entertainment business with lessons in DeeJaying.

Fem DJ is a famously known DJ both on the local Ugandan scene and around East Africa, Kenya and Rwanda being some of his favorite places to play.
2022 marked the start of his annual party (The Fem Effect) where he not only celebrates a fantastic year with his fans but also provides opportunity to upcoming DJ to show case their skills and also become crowd favorites’.
Due to his great talent, stage presence and his cut across different genres of music,
Fem DJ is celebrated widely on the Ugandan party scene. The dance elements of his performance is widely consumed in Uganda by the masses.
