Men are generally not known to take too much liking to accessories. That is why you will find some men going for anything, anything that looks like a belt, without even bothering to pay any attention to what kind of statement their belt makes. As long as it can hold their pants well, around their waists, they are good to go.
As a fashion conscious man, you need to invest in at least two statement belts; for a formal look, and a casual look.
Whether you are going to wear it over a tucked in shirt or not, always ensure that your belt always speaks volume for those that see it.
And with the invasion of brands, there are a whole lot of designer belts to choose from. From the Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Hermes, Versace, the list is endless.
Even if you feel these are too high end, at least invest in one good leather belt, that will not only make a statement, but also last long.
And it would also be wise to opt for the more macho hues like black and brown. The other colour like red, green, and the like would be a great idea, but will be limited to a few pieces in your wardrobe.
