Fans React To Cranes’ Poor Performance Against Guinea

Following Uganda Cranes’ lackluster performance against Guinea that saw hopes of ending the long wait to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time since 1978 dashed, the dejected fans have no kind words for the team.

Several fans have taken their disappointment to Social Media, their wrath sparing no one in the football fraternity including FUFA and the government. However, most fans seem to believe that the team captain Andy Mwesigwa is to blame after his dismal performance that saw him sent off and even cost the team another goal in the early minutes of the second half, burying hopes of any possible comeback.

A section of the fans has since devoted to ripping Andy Mwesigya apart. The meanest things have been said about the star and even attracted comparisons to some of the most contemptuous things to ever happen to the nation.
