Last night was a horrible one for musician Bebe Cool as he was kicked off stage by fans during a performance hours to his birthday.
This happened at the Bell organised Tarrus show that took place at Cricket Oval Lugogo. The singer was pelted with stones as revelers chanted ‘people power’ a slogan associated with rival singer and Politican Bobi Wine.
Escorted by Police, Bebe Cool was seen out of the venue. All this happened because of Bebe Cool views that support the current President of Uganda Yoweri Museveni who recently attended his show at Kololo.
Speaking about the incident, entertainer and top TV personality, Douglas Lwanga asked his fans to be inclusive and respect everyone for their views especially musicians for the sake of keeping Ugandan music alive.
He said; “The habbit of us throwing live insults to our artists aint so cool guys bambi twedeko. This is getting out of hand. Our country is bleeding enough because of a bad image please lets spread love not hate. No matter who we love and support lets do this with utmost respect. My humble request 🙏🏻 I am For Uganda. Two wrongs dont make one right. Lets preach Love with one another.”
This triggered an array of comments from fans who were unhappy with Cool and tearing the TV presenter apart.
Here is one of the most interesting comments.
