The Face of Uganda 2014, “the Power of Beauty” contest is back and registration which kicked off early this month is still on going with the deadline set for 31st March of this year.
“Face of Uganda” show event is organized and mainly sponsored by Eva models where winners of the contest walk away with a £1000 trip to Uganda. They are then tasked to work for a charity and a portfolio and getting them magazine spreads that will include complete makeovers, product endorsement from one of the sponsors of the day.
One of the conditions that have been set forth for all the participants is that they will have to be aged 18 years and above. However, there is an exception for the Teen Face of Uganda where one will have to be between 13 to 17 years according to the organizer, Miss Eva Mbabazi.
For registration outside Europe, one will have to register on line throughwww.evamodels.co.uk. And for Europe in-country dwellers there is face to face registration. It has been revealed that when organizers hit their desired number of participants, then they will be forced to close otherwise registration will go on till the final day especially for all Ugandans.
This is an opportunity for all Ugandan beauties. Register and take part. You could be the next “Face of Uganda”.
