Events guru, Dixon Okello, has listed his top hangouts in Kampala. He however noted that much as he enjoys his time at these spots, he is surprised by and concerned about the amount of ‘shisha’ being smoked by young ladies.
“Truth be told, I am a regular visitor to all Kampala’s top happening joints and can say with a lot of authority that the following bars/clubs in no particular order are the most happening and most visited,” Dixon said before unleashing his list.
He considered the customer service, security, food, Dj’s, Parking and caliber of revelers when choosing his top seven. They include;
1.Wink Bar Acacia Avenue
2.Club Guvnor
2.Riders Bar Acacia Avenue
3.Liquid Silk Bugolobi
4.Dinners Bar Bukoto
5.Panamera Bar
6.Legends Rugby club.
7.Club Amnesia.
Dixon also used the opportunity to decry the level of shisha smoking taking place in Kampala night spots. “My only concern, is the rate at which Kampala ladies are smoking Shisha of late. It’s like they have a deadline to beat. What is the secret behind this?”
