Musician Evelyn Lagu of the “Mbulila” fame was yesterday in the news on the negative side with reports suggesting that she could be dating a popular radio presenter known as Dikteta Mark of the Night radio something which has since put her marriage with a South Sudan based lawyer a one Tonny Lagu at stake.
Talking to BigEyeUg’s reporter, the “Akalulu” singer expressed her feelings how these rumours are targeting at spoiling her marriage and called them baseless accusations brought up by media houses which are after selling copies.
“As we talk now, my family is at stake. My husband thinks am caring so much for my fans than i do for him, yet its my passion and although i love him so much, i can’t give up on music.” Evelyn said before she came up with scathing Facebook post where she criticised a sustain local media platform for being after spoiling her name and even went a step ahead to change her Facebook username from “Evelyn Lagu” a name of her hubby to her own birth names “Evelyn Nakabira”
