Chelsea striker Samuel Eto’o says he would consider a return to Inter, but only if the call came from Massimo Moratti.
The Cameroonian was part of the historical treble winning Nerazzurri side in 2010, helping Inter win the Scudetto, Coppa Italia and the UEFA Champions League.
The San Siro outfit have since changed ownership but Moratti, who owns 30% of the club, is still acting president and Eto’o admits he wouldn’t mind a return to the club.
“A return to Inter? If Moratti would call me, why not?” He said after Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League win against Galatasaray.
“But why Moratti, Thohir is there now…? No, no, it’s always Moratti,” he added.
Eto’o spent two seasons with the Beneamata before transferring to Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala.
