The Tooro Kingdom, in partnership with Talent Africa Group, is thrilled to announce the 30th Empango Coronation Anniversary Ceremony of His Majesty King Oyo Rukidi IV, taking place from September 10th to 13th, 2025, in the picturesque tourism city of Fort Portal, Uganda.

This grand celebration, titled Ekyoto ha Mpango, promises to be a vibrant showcase of culture, music, and community spirit.
King Oyo Rukidi IV ascended to the throne at the tender age of three, making him one of the youngest monarchs in the world. Since his coronation in 1995, he has remained a symbol of unity and cultural heritage for the Tooro Kingdom. Throughout his reign, King Oyo has championed various initiatives in education, health, and tourism, working tirelessly to preserve and promote the rich cultural traditions of the Tooro people.
The Ekyoto ha Mpango festival will span four exciting days filled with events that reflect the richness and diversity of Ugandan culture:
