On the 1st of September, 2013 all routes will lead to Nakivubbo Stadium where a musical fete will be held. It’s dubbed “ekigunda kyo mwaka” and it features literally all Ugandan artistes.
Ekigunda kyo mwaka is an annual celebration that is a footprint in Uganda’s entertainment calendar. Simba Radio in conjunction with MTN Telecommunication company which has been ranked number 1 in the community service based related activities once again wants to show some love to crowds of Kampala and nearby places by having most of the noticeable artistes in Uganda all performing on one stage just to thrill the Fans and esteemed customers, one after the other.
We expect ballistic performances from the top cream of Uganda’s music industry and these include Dr. Jose Chameleone, Bobi Wine, Bebe cool, Navio, GNL, Mun*G, Eddy Kenzo, Rema, Iryn Namubiru to mention but a few. The festival will also be held to commemorate SimbaFM’s 15 years of selfless service.
The venue for the massive occasion is Nakivubo stadium on Sunday, 01st September 2013. The entrance fee is 6000 only. Concert-goers are in to enjoy more than their money.
