Eddy Kenzo has had to endure lots of criticism particularly directed at his English lines in his music. But since he can’t turn back the hands of time and probably recover the wasted days in school, he has rather vowed to concentrate his efforts on schooling his kids.
In a post on his Facebook timeline, he revealed how his ‘little princess’ had started school and vowed his undivided commitment to unfailingly see her through school even if it meant putting his reputation on the line.
He shared a picture of her daughter and put the caption : “My princess at school she started yesterday and she was so excited nsaba Allah atuteremu baraq mashallah byona byesasoma abinsomere newadeyo okunonya fees at list nasima toilet naye nga tatudde waka#God bless you, Maya mirembe musuuza nkwagala nyo nyo bambi.”
Even when he seems unfazed by jokes made about his English, he is undoubtedly not pleased with the whole experience. Nonetheless it has not hindered his musical success; he has still managed to capture the hearts of many as well as enjoy ample airplay in several hangouts and make rotation on various TV and radio stations across the country.
We can now only hope his “little princess” does not get distracted and get off the track his father has laid forth and probably wish all the best in her studies.
