Word reaching us is that singer Eddy Kenzo could add a movie career to his already shining music career. The singer has been contacted to appear in a movie which is already being shot in Katwe that will star Hollywood sensation Lupita Nyong’o.
The singer talking to us said he is in the final stages of the deal as he awaits payment before he begins on his role in the movie. Though his role is not clear yet, we suspect the movie could use his song as a sound track or better still be given a major role in the movie.
Eddy Kenzo who grew up in Katwe where the movie is being shot would probably add a real life touch to the movie being an indigenous there.
