Musician Eddy Kenzo has threatened to take legal action against Coca Cola for using a clip of the kids dancing Sitya Loss but with different sound track in their “A billion reasons to believe’’ campaign advert. Kenzo wants the soft drink company to pay him for using the scenes from his video without his consent.
However, Coca Cola has hit back at the Be Happy singer indicating that the clip belongs to the kids who have a separate management from Big Talent and therefore there would be no reason for Kenzo to interfere in their business.
It should be noted that Sitya Loss is one of the most viewed Ugandan videos on YouTube which has also helped Kenzo to secure performances across the globe and even scoop several nominations in International awards.
