Ugandan musician Musuuza Edrisa aka Eddy Kenzo has praised fans for the continued support, that saw him scoop an award over the weekend.
The Sitya Loss singer who recently returned from the US, and will be holding a mega ‘Sitya Loss’ concert come September thanked the creator and his fans following his big win. He also congratulated fellow Ugandan Anne Kansiime who also won an award at the event.
“Congratulations Uganda it’s our time to shine that’s me and my sister Anne Kansime I won new African act 2014 in Australia movie and music awards thank you God,” he wrote.
Kenzo, who was nominated for a Channel O award last week also used the opportunity to ask fans to vote for him; “And fans don’t forget to vote at Channel O in category of most gifted East Africa and Jamaica and world music best African melody Sitya loss.”
