Eddy Kenzo Speaks Out on Reuniting with Rema’s Family for the Sake of Their Daughter

Eddy Kenzo has finally addressed the buzz surrounding recent photos of his new family and that of his ex, Rema Namakula, which surfaced online.

The celebrated musician shared his thoughts, emphasizing the importance of unity for the sake of their daughter.

The viral photos depicted a blended family gathering that featured Eddy Kenzo with his wife, Phiona Nyamutoro, and Rema alongside her husband, Dr. Ssebunya Hamza.

The families had come together to celebrate the birthday of Maya, Kenzo’s first child from a previous relationship. Maya, who was once under Rema’s care during her relationship with Kenzo, still regards Rema as a mother figure in her life.

Speaking out, Kenzo underscored that living in the past was not an option for either him or Rema. He pointed out that both have moved on with their lives and are happy with their new families.

“We can’t always live in the past. Rema and I have moved on. We are all happy for each other for starting a family,” Kenzo stated.

As a father, Kenzo stressed the importance of maintaining good relations with the mother of his child, Rema, for the well-being of their daughter. He revealed that co-parenting peacefully is crucial for ensuring their child’s happiness.

“Rema and her husband have no problem with me. We share a child, and we must be on good terms. It’s not an option; we have to be happy and ensure our child is happy too,” he explained.
