Following the success of Eddy Kenzo’s Sitya Loss that has taken him places all over the world, the singer has now turned international and no longer cares about local gigs.
Kenzo who recently returned back home from New York, is said to have hiked his performance fees. He reportedly turned down an offer to perform at Club Silk unplugged show where he was offered Ushs 4 million saying that he can only perform at a show if he is paid Ushs 6 million.
The Sitya Loss singer is indeed no longer scared of any loss and has urged fellow top musicians to shun local concerts if they are to penetrate the international market.
Meanwhile, Kenzo is recording a song with Serge Beyaund, one of West Africa’s top musicians which will be released before the year ends.
