Eddy Kenzo has explained how he successfully united musicians in Uganda, something that had proven difficult before.

Two years ago, Kenzo, along with other top musicians, formed the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), with him serving as the president since its inception.

Kenzo attributes his success to establishing regional associations. He set up offices in various regions across Uganda, allowing artists from different areas to address their issues locally before escalating them to the UNMF headquarters in Kampala.

This decentralized system helped in fostering a sense of unity and inclusion among artists nationwide.

Additionally, Kenzo implemented a policy of open dialogues to resolve disagreements, ensuring that musicians could discuss and address their concerns in a constructive manner.

Through these measures, Kenzo has been able to bring together a previously divided music industry under one federation.
