Eddy Kenzo is working on a new mega collabo.
We have learnt that the “Soraye” hitmaker has landed a collabo with a legendary Congolese singer. Kenzo has teamed up with veteran singer Werrason on a single dubbed “Malembe”, which loosely translates to “Slowly” in Lingala.
Produced by Djizzo, the song fuses Afro Pop and Rhumba styles and is expected to be released very soon.
Werrason, real name Noël Ngiama Makanda, is one of the most popular musicians in Central Africa. He was named the best artist in Central Africa at the 2005 KORA awards. The 51-year-old singer has a career spanning over two decades with over 10 music albums to his name.
