Eddy Kenzo who is often laughed at for ‘murdering’ the Queen’s Language has finally revealed why he is poor at the language. He said that he didn’t finish primary school and didn’t have time to be in school as his counterparts to learn fully.
While speaking to one of the local tabloids, Kenzo said that after the demise of his mother, he dropped out of Primary school together with his brother but later joined secondary school on sports merit because they were stars in Football. Kenzo confessed to have later dropped out at S.4 because he could not proceed without a primary certificate.
Though Kenzo didn’t have a successful academic career, he has beaten the odds to breakthrough internationally.
