Singer Eddy Kenzo has come out and congratulated fellow singer Diamond Platnumz upon winning Channel O Music Video awards. Kenzo who had been nominated in the Most gifted East African artiste category along with Diamond has conceded defeat and promised to come back stronger next year.
“I want to congratulate all Channel O winners, because, that with no doubt comes with hard work. I want to congratulate my comrade and fellow singer Diamond Platnumz for emerging top of most gifted East African artiste, he deserved it,” Eddy Kenzo said.
He further stressed, “We had two artistes from the same country and our votes were divided and that partly affected our results but we are looking forward to coming back stronger next yea.r”
Meanwhile, Eddy Kenzo is in London holding numerous concerts and will extend his tour to South Africa next weekend.
