In the inaugural Koona ne NTV awards that took place on Friday night 09th January 2015, Big Talent singer Eddy Kenzo bagged male artiste of the year. This did not come as a surprise as he was on form the entire 2014 with his hits like Jamboole, Nice and lovely, Sitya Loss among others topping charts.
Kenzo’s also won an award for best costuming in video for his Nice & Lovely song.
Meanwhile, Rema won female artiste of the year, A pass was named best upcoming male artiste, Irene Ntale was best upcoming female artiste while Bebe Cool’s Love you everyday was song of the year 2014.
