Events manager Balaam Barugahara has sued Eagles production for breach of contract which involved the band performing during the Easter season. Balaam has dragged the singing group to court seeking a compensation of 300Million shillings.
Court has barred both Eagle production and its break away Band–Golden production from performing anywhere until they have paid the fee.
Insiders further reveal this amount is too much for the groups and they have asked Balaam to have a closed door meeting and settle matters outside court.
Following the request, the two parties have now reached an understanding with several concerts being rescheduled. The two bands will now have a joint main concert dubbed “GoodBye Eagles” according to the agreed terms with Balaam which will be held sometime after Easter holidays.
