Our sources have confirmed that Duke Christopher Thomas, the former husband of Princess Komuntale may have himself to blame for his accident. This follows reports that he was drunk-driving moments before he had the motor accident.
According to an eye witness; “I was standing by the stage on Sunday at around 11am when I saw a man shouting from a Noah Car with an open roof. The man was busy screaming out the name, Mayweather. On close notice, I realized the man was Christopher Thomas. His car was moving very fast. I don’t know whether that’s when he met his accident, but he’s surely been living recklessly.”
Friends to Christopher Thomas believe he’s been disappointed by his new business that is failing to break even, contrary to expectations he held before coming back to Uganda. To make matters worse, he’s failed to find love again; he’s yet to heal from his breakup with Princess Komuntale.
“I think his business frustrations and his relationship issues have combined and hit him like a dagger of sorts. He’s depressed, he’s sad. Soon, if he’s not helped, he may commit suicide,” says one of his friends.
The Batooro have poured in saying their gods are punishing Christopher for mistreating their daughter and bringing shame to their family. “Until he apologizes, he will never be forgiven by the spirits of our ancestors. We broke tradition to have him as an in-law, look how he paid us back,” says an elder.
All the same, we wish Christopher a quick recovery.
