Ziza Bafana has spiced up dancehall music while doing it in Luganda proving wrong other Ugandan artistes who try to cope Jamaican style thinking that dancehall cannot sell in their local language.
With the recent release of his Pomini Pomini song that has attracted a lot of attention across the country, Bafana now thinks that he beats Jamaicans. The singer bragged at his recent successful Pomini Pomini concert stating that there will be no more Jamaicans coming to do concerts here. He added that with his few released dancehall songs, he has chased Jamaicans something that he had promised to do and is now achieving it.
The singer added that he will work with all the big promoters in town to see that no one brings back Jamaicans here since there are many promising upcoming dancehall artistes in the country who can even sing better than Jamaicans. He also revealed the meaning of ‘pomini pomini’ explaining that he meant hot pants usually put on by girls whenever they go out to party.
