Zuena Kirema, wife to celebrated musician Bebe Cool, has called for peace ahead of the general elections slated for 18th February.
The former Life Stories host on NTV Uganda has urged the public to desist from violence during the election period, adding that they should not put their lives at stake for any candidate because they will soon forget them once they are in power.
She posted: “Fellow Ugandans,as we near the voting day let’s practice peace & a non violent election..remember we all have loved ones & families that we cherish & work for,let us not stake our lives for candidates that won’t remember us once they’re in power..let’s vote wisely but most of all maintain peace.
Obululu tebutulesa baana baffe era tebutwawula.”
