The exodus of songstress Rema from Gagamel seems to have wounded many music fans. The pain of her fans has been expressed in many forms, from drawing untimely conclusions of her music career to debating whether it was the right decision for her to leave Bebe Cool’s music bloc. Having lime lighted under the helm of Bebe Cool’s wings, many people think that the “Fire Tonight” singer will fade away.
However, it is not the same when it comes to the illustrious film actor and director John Ssegawa. During an interview with NTV’s Rwamiti last week on ‘Koona Ne NTV,’ Ssegawa was asked what he thought about Rema leaving Gagamel crew. He said “We should give her time to exercise her talent alone. Previously, her songs have been mind-blowing so I think she can do better than that.”
Just like a grown man leaves his father’s house when the time is right, maybe Rema thinks that this is the right time for her to shoulder the entire burden of independency alone.
Meanwhile, Rema is thought to have joined Eddy Kenzo’s Big Talent group, which at the moment is exciting fans with their talent.
