Popular socialite Don Chris has come out to clear the air about his source of wealth, revealing that the luxurious cars he was seen driving did not belong to him.
“The cars weren’t mine. They were given to me to buy trust among Ugandans,” Don Chris confessed during a recent media interview.
This statement comes at a time when the socialite is facing strong public criticism following reports that he may have gone bankrupt.
The public outcry has also been fueled by allegations pointing to questionable and unclear sources of his wealth.
Don Chris, who has built a name through his lavish lifestyle and high-profile appearances, now faces growing scrutiny from both fans and critics alike.
Many have demanded transparency and accountability from public figures who display wealth without clear explanation.
As the controversy unfolds, Don Chris’ recent admission has only added to the ongoing debate about wealth display, social media influence, and the pressures of maintaining public image in Uganda’s entertainment scene.
