Every single day, Miley Cyrus gets just a little more unbearable. Take last night, for instance: Miley posted those pictures of herself trying on some wigs. And they are perfectly nice photos, and the wigs do look good — remember that long brown hair, friends? — but for some reason, it’s just remarkably annoying. Maybe it’s her face, or maybe it’s all the obnoxiousness that her face represents, but man, she needs to turn it down something fierce.
But not according to Dolly Parton! No, according to Dolly, great goddess and Miley’s godmother, she’s just fine the way she is, thanks:
“Well I’m her fairy godmother. We’ve never had official stuff. She’s the cutest thing there ever was. Everyone is all over me now like I’m supposed to answer for Miley. I admire her, I respect her, she’s smart, and she’s so talented. And Billy Ray and me will never say nothing bad about Miley ‘cause Miley obviously knew what she was doing. She knew she had to go to drastic measures to let people just leave her alone ‘cause nobody was going to let her grow up. I’m hoping that she always makes the right moves. It’s her choice. We all have our own choices to make. I’m not saying nothing bad about Miley.”
This is really sweet, and just like Dolly won’t say anything bad about Miley, we won’t say anything bad about Dolly. It really is nice that she has this much support and that she has such great people surrounding her and believing in her. Really, it’s nice.
Still though, go away for a little bit, would you, Miley? Maybe reemerge when your actual hair is that long. Weaves don’t count. Thanks!
