UK based Ugandan singer DJ Maleeq is set to release his long awaited first album titled Relax on the 6th of February 2016.
“It is a good idea to see how you can collaborate as a way of launching music and always adding fresh content. You have ideas but cannot execute them on your own. This is when I find someone who inspires me for the song. Collaboration on a project is a beautiful unity as music hold the international language so is meant to be shared, not meant to be kept to yourself,” says DJ Maleeq.
This dance triumphed album consists of over 10 songs that are anticipated to be hit songs both here and in the diaspora. Some of the tracks include; “Baby” a collabo with award winning artist Allone, “Stämningen” featuring Jenny Ajland, Sikyategeera featuring The Ghetto Kids (Triplets), Africa Dance Nulinga featuring Wizkeeber Mask, and Real Streetkids of Uganda among others.
