Ugandan music promoter DJ Erycom who nowadays brands himself as “The Local DJ” due to his speciality and interest in local music left crowd yearning for more of his techniques at the Scandinavian Summer Festival.

We have been informed that, DJ Erycom real names Eryck Mutebi was invited by the organisers of this year’s SCANDINAVIAN SUMMER FESTIVAL in Sweden to spice up this event with African beats, but, our snoops have learned that, the no no-sense DJ decided to entertain crowd with only music from Uganda.

The festival that took place yesterday in Stockholm city attracted over 10000 people and our very own DJ Erycom was the only disc spinner gracing the show.

We couldn’t to get our hands on how much Erycom bagged, but a source in Sweden has confirmed that, the self proclaimed local DJ was paid 2,600 Euros, approximately 11 million Uganda shillings for the gig.

Well done Erycom. Keep the Ugandan fly high.
