For Alex Ndawula of Capital FM the year may not be the best so far. You all remember how he recently lost his cool on social media throwing tantrums about wife Drucilla over some relationship issues and now things seem to be in bad shape at his work place, Capital FM too.
If the rumours in circulation are anything to go by, the veteran Drive Show host at the Kisementi based Capital FM could be dropped anytime soon. This has been linked to his absenteeism from work in the recent past.
Capital management was disappointed by the Drive Show radio guru when he did not turn up for his Monday show. This, in addition to the time he has been serving on radio has forced management to make a few changes and bring in someone younger faces to make the show more relevant for the young listeners out there.
When contacted by Kubutaka, Alex said that he is still an employee of the Capital FM 91.3 and not about to leave. He also noted that management has not given him any formal communication about being dropped.
Another source at the radio station also revealed that the radio veteran has not been dropped but will be featuring on the Over Drive Show every evening in the last hour of the show from 6pm to 7pm. He will also continue doing his Saturday show.
He has been hosting the Drive Show with Salvador and Lukcy.
