Renowned Ugandan media personality Dianah Nabatanzi has revealed that she once dreamed of becoming a nun.
While hosting her “Kirikitya” show on BBS Terefayina earlier this week, Nabatanzi shared that from a young age, she had always wanted to serve God as a nun.
She explained that despite her passion for the religious life, various life challenges led her to follow a different path.
“Becoming a nun was always my dream as a child,” she said during the show. “But life took a different turn, and I had to adapt.“
Now a successful actress, producer, and television host, Nabatanzi admitted that even though she is fully involved in the media industry, the dream of serving God has never completely left her heart.
She noted that she still holds onto a small hope of one day living out that dream.
Dianah Nabatanzi is widely admired for her talent and contribution to Uganda’s entertainment industry, and this recent revelation gave her fans a glimpse into a deeply personal part of her journey.
