Tanzanian model and businesswoman Jokate Mwegelo ‘Kidoti’ is fed up with the drama between her and her superstar lover, Ali Kiba.
The celebrity pair has in the past few months fallen out, then kissed and made up – a cycle that has exasperated the Bongo beauty.
All indicators are now pointing toward an acrimonious break up – and this time round it could be for good.
Tanzania’s Ijumaa reports that Jokate has opened up about her dissatisfaction with Ali Kiba, citing a conflict of priorities between her and the Mwana singer.
A close friend to Jokate, who sought anonymity, revealed that the beauty queen has been complaining about her strained relationship with Kiba.
“Jokate is fed up with Kiba’s antics. She wants to call it quits in the relationship. She says she has been advising Kiba on matters development and about their future, but the singer hardly listens,” the source revealed.
“Jokate says she is a go-getter and believes in making her man better than she found him; she does that through advice and co-operation. However her counsel to Ali Kiba, she says, often falls on deaf ears,” added the source.
Jokate recently accused Ali Kiba of having an affair with Tanzanian actress Salma ‘Sabby Angel’ Tamim after she (Jokate) allegedly found a string of love messages Kiba had sent to the film queen on phone.
After the Kiba-Sabby love messages drama, Jokate just snapped and said she’s had enough,” the source divulged.
Jokate, who is Diamond Platnumz’ ex-lover, split with the musical giant after she accused him of cheating on her when she found another woman’s love messages on Diamond’s phone.
The enterprising woman now fears a repeat of the same with Kiba, revealed her close pal: “Jokate is considering putting an end to relationships with Tanzanian singers.”
Jokate responds
The news outlet reached out to Jokate who said: “She’s fed up of her issues with Ali Kiba.”
“If Kiba loves that Sabby (Angel) very much, then let him have her for good. I currently have my life. Kindly leave me alone!” said Jokate.
Ali Kiba is yet to respond.
