Tanzanian movie star and actress Wema Sepetu has reportedly tied the knot, says Bongo5.com
The model took to her official Instagram account to post photos dressed in a bride’s gown. She accompanied the images with a caption saying: Never knew what happiness has to offer, until now. I am grateful and thankful.
The photos raised speculations among her followers who asked if she in deed wedded or was just taking a photo shoot, or even rehearsing for a movie role.
In an interview with Tanzania’s Clouds FM, the beauty confirmed the speculations saying she in deed got married.
“It was a secret garden wedding. We carried out the ceremony outdoors because he is Christian. After tying the knot, we went to Double Tree. I don’t know where we will go for honeymoon because I am extremely held up.”
However, Wema refrained from revealing the identity of the bridegroom saying, “I am not ready to reveal the identity of my husband. He keeps a very low profile.”
Wema says she did not want to publicise her wedding.
Surprisingly, she further reveals her relationship with her husband is not even two months old, but says she was in dire need of a husband, “I needed a husband, I needed somebody I would settle down with. I have been single and lonely for long.”
