Tanzania’s award winning artiste Diamond Platnumz happens to be one of the most successful artistes in East Africa. However, the father of two hopes that the daughter does not become an artiste like he is.
During his interview on the trend with Larry Madowo, Diamond agreed that he really hopes that her daughter does not follow in his footsteps because it is not easy for female artistes.
He said that being a woman, there are already men hitting on you but being an artiste very many people know you and then there are even more people hitting on you.
He would not like that for her daughter, adding that there is a lot of pressure in the industry which could kill her.
