According to the New Telegraph, Nigeria’s Drug Law Enforcement Agency has filed a case against Davido Adeleke, 22, and are currently investigating him.

Davido’s latest video ‘Fans mi’ which recently clocked one million views caught the attention of the NDLEA and he is currently being investigated for assumed drug use.

The ‘fans mi’ video featured American rapper Meek Mill and Davido tagged it as his most expensive video ever.

According to NDLEA’s Head of Public Affairs, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, “The agency considers the musical video ‘Fans Mi’ inappropriate and indecent. It has the tendency to negatively influence and induce drug use and trafficking. Besides, it is counter-productive on the campaign against drug production, trafficking and abuse. The agency is investigating the matter and will take necessary action.”

The HKN Gang artiste who had a baby daughter in May, 2015 is yet to address these allegations.
