Fading football star David Obua did not have a good weekend like he had anticipated. On the night of Saturday while the lad was at Panamera bar, a group of angry men came out of a car and pounced on him, beating him mercilessly.
The beating lasted about five minutes before anyone interrupted and Obua was beaten so badly and was rushed to hospital as soon as the goons left.
Though the reason for his beating could not be found at the time, it was later revealed the soccer player had been feasting on a married woman and the beating had everything to do with that.
Recently Obua, who has no club, has been negotiating a deal that will see him play for Sports Club Villa.
