Musician David Lutalo popularly known for his song Kapapala will launch his “Akantu” album this evening at Hotel Africana. The singer who started singing at a young age and writes his own music is a favourite with the ladies thanks to his soothing voice. He is very excited about launching tonight.
Speaking to Batte in a recent interview, the singer revealed what inspired his album and urged all Ugandans to come and support him tonight. “I just put myself into someone’s shoes or get a theme and sing about it because I cannot wait for the inspiration only. That is being creative. You have to create your own things. I just composed Akantu. There was no girl that left me,” he said.
“I call upon all Ugandans to come and support me tonight,” Lutalo added.
Akantu album features songs like Sweetie, Helena, Mubbi Bubbi, Nandikulese Mukyalo, Pretty and Far Away.
