Crown Beverages gives out the first cars in “Tukonectinge” promotion

Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) has rewarded the first pair of winners under its “Tukonectinge with Pepsi” promo that kicked-off mid last month. The duo received their cars during a handover event that was held in Lira town.

The ongoing under the crown campaign that was unveiled to the public on 11th April 2019, has seen thousands of Crown Beverages customers participate, and win grand prizes including Toyota Wish Cars and fully paid trips to Dubai among other things like airtime, instant cash and free soda.

Mr. Felix Atworo a shop attendant, and Ms. Lilly Alum, Felix’s boss are the first recipients of the 2 out of 25 Toyota Wish cars which were handed over to them at Good News Street in Lira town.

“I couldn’t believe when I was called and informed that I was a winner during the first live Tukonectinge with Pepsi show on Easter Sunday and invited to attend the next television show,” said Atworo one of the winners.

He exclaimed that, “I am overly excited and this is a turning point in my life
because I did not believe that I would own a car in the near future, but by luck, I own one now.”

While receiving her car, Ms. Alum, the second winner, said that she was thankful to Pepsi for providing such an opportunity for everyone to win such big prizes. “I paired with my employee, Felix and we both sent the two codes and got confirmation that we had paired and entered the draw,” adding that, “I am very happy and can’t wait to drive with my family and friends in the car from Pepsi.”

Through the campaign, Pepsi will reward its consumers with a total of; 24 fully-paid trips to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, 25 Toyota Wish cars, 24 Home Fridges as well as instant mobile money cash and airtime in different denominations, among other prizes.

The campaign will run until the end of June, 2019.
