The Uganda Cranes are set to have their last training session today ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Botswana at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole in their Group D opener of the 2017 Afcon qualifiers.

Likewise the Zebras of Botswana who already in the country and full residents at Hotel Africana, Kampala, they are also expected to have their last training session today evening at around 4:00pm at Namboole stadium as they get a feel of the turf.

Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic is convinced beyond reasonable doubt that the team has trained well enough and is in good shape to get the job done come Saturday. Assistant coach Moses Basena also says the team must start well to have a successful campaign.
