British R&B superstar Craig David is officially slated to perform in Uganda before the end of 2025, in what promises to be one of the most anticipated international concerts in the country.

The performance, scheduled for August, marks the artist’s debut appearance in Uganda.

While details regarding the exact venue, ticket information, and David’s arrival date are yet to be disclosed, excitement is already building among fans eager to see the UK hitmaker live on stage.

Craig David rose to fame in the early 2000s with hits like “7 Days,” “Fill Me In,” and “Walking Away.” Over the past two decades, he has cemented his reputation as a versatile performer, blending R&B, UK garage, and pop to critical and commercial acclaim.

The Uganda concert comes during a busy year for the singer, who recently announced the release of his ninth studio album, Commitment, set to drop on August 8, 2025.

The album features collaborations with international stars such as Tiwa Savage, JoJo, and Louisa Johnson. Early singles like “In Your Hands” and “Wake Up” have already stirred anticipation for the full project.

David recently wrapped up a successful UK arena tour, culminating in a sold-out performance at London’s O2 Arena. The tour showcased his ability to balance nostalgic hits with fresh new material, earning praise from fans and critics alike.

Beyond music, Craig David has also made headlines for his personal growth. In a recent interview, he shared that two years of celibacy have led to increased creativity and self-awareness, which he says has deeply influenced his latest work.
