City tycoon SK Mbuga has come out to express his gratitude for the support on his wedding to lover Vivienne Birungi over the weekend.
Mbuga and Vivienne (now Jalia Mbuga) exchanged their vows at Old Kampala and Kibuli mosques on Saturday and later hosted their guests to a lavish reception at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
He extended his appreciation on social media where he posted:
“Jalia and I want to thank all of our friends and wellwishers for taking the time to celebrate with us our memorable moments. Indeed it was a long but blissfull week and we understand that being there for us was an honor given the number of events we organised for you before our wedding.
We are truly humbled by the show of love and support that we received from family and friends not just on our wedding day, but also over the last several months. So many of you have helped with various aspects of the planning and I can say this wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful or as organized without your help.
It was indeed a special day for Jalia and I, and I hope that the support that you’ve shown us will continue as we embark on our new life together, we are committed to staying married for the long haul, and we know it will be so much easier with all of you by our sides.
Thank you for pushing as off into this wonderful institution of marriage and it means more to both of us than I could ever express.”
